Motivul Reclamatiei: He kick a player, reason HH without explode him, he just spec, and the player he spec had only halflife.

Hmmm i mean administrators rules is for everyone it's not a noob to say he don't have an  forum account but he have one and he know to ride ..... if i get administrator and i reklamate by a player i say something like : "But I'm new administrator and i sorry but i don't know the administrators rules " NO THE RULES IS FOR EVERYONE +1 WARN
