Whoaaaa, wait a second...
First of all, you are not allowed to unban players (unless you banned the wrong ID).
Second, 20 days is too much! 5 days is maximum, unless the player is trolling or crashing (for troll/crash the ban period is 30 days).

Please ask another admin or at least ask us if you don't know any rule.
I will give you RWP (RCON Warning Points) next time, be careful.
